Our Riders did an excellent job escorting SPC Dusty Schmidt to our Post for his welcome home picnic. The groups involved with the escort duties included our own Legion Riders from Post 703 along with the Riders from Wauconda Post 911. It was quite a sight to see all those bikes rolling into the Post parking lot. Very impressive guys!
We were also represented at Sundays, Fox Lake Chamber of Commerce, Rally by the Lake event. Our VP, Dale Reynolds was joined by some of our other riders to lead a parade from Jimmy V’s to the lakefront park. At the lakefront, there were plenty of bikes for show, a live band, and plenty of vendors.
